Since omega new players now have 2 pieces of gear. A starter weapon, and the basic armor. However with this suggestion new players would get a full set of gear from the start. Also make it so it can't be sold. This way if the person get's hacked or scammed they will always have a full set of gear.

With this it will solve the problem of getting players who don't have a full set of gear in 2 vs 2 as well as those who get hacked or scammed.

starter pack would mean you get all weapons for nothing which I suppose is good for new players but would this cause an uproar due to the fact weapons cost alot of money and its unfair for all the people who paid for weapons they would probably complain and demand refunds

If that was the case then may players should have cried foul when omega came and they gave out the basic armor for free when in the other phases you only got the starter weapon. The point of this is so new players can have all the gear from the start, as well as making a solution for the 2 vs 2 problem of people not having full gear without punishing the players.

That is what this idea is about.

I'm fine with that. In fact, having imbalanced 2v2 due to lack of equipment wouldn't be Devs' problem - like some people claim - but the player's, for selling their items when they've had full set. I'd assume they would be sellable though, and you can get them back for free (base version) at Junker's - so you won't get stuck with basic equipment that you cannot sell back & it's upgraded (wasted Credits for some).
