Hi there,let me introduce myself first :

Character : Having a Tech Mage with lvl 19.

My Suggestion : I want to suggest that "EpicDuel Staff / Scripters" creating a new Button called "Add Buddy" because everytime when i'm in battle with other players, i just can't add them only if i meet them in game,but there are a lot of players so we can not meet only if we get lucky,so i thinked that,why could not exist an add buddy button,everyone would like this,i think.

Could be something like this :

The las one,could be add friend,of course is just a model.

If I correctly understand what you're saying, it's that you'd like a button to add players while in battle. This is already in game- look at the bottom of your screen and you will see a button labeled 'Buddies.' Click that and then click on the circle next to a person's name to send them a buddy request.

No, he is suggesting that there should be a button that lets you add players without seeing them.

It would work something like this, you'd click the add buddy button and you'd search for a character name. You decide to type in The Chosen 0ne. A buddy request is then sent to me.

I log in 2 days later, check my mail, and Look! There's the message, "ED Player44 wants to add you as a friend, do you accept?"

And then I press the Accept button.

And to those players that don't want to be bothered by this, it wont send messages to you if you have enabled the ignore buddy requests.

I support, this is a nice idea.

Yep,that's what I wanted to suggest "Chosen One" and yeah,will exist an ignore to avoid spams or some of players we don't want to add to buddy list.
So who will could do this?
I want this add buddy in epic duel,would be awesome.

This is something that likely would not work very well and is not really overly needed. First off, when you send the request, if you have not met them, they may or may not be online. If they are online, then they may have the 'display buddy requests' option unticked in the settings. So the likely hood of it making it to that person anyway, is not that high anyway.

The issue is, though it may sound like a simple feature, it would require coding. Then you have the fact that surely if both of you know each other to the point that you would be buddies in-game, you would have a way to organise a meet-up, whether over the forums or by another communicational means. This being the case, the only reason I can think of you needing a feature such as this is for you to add random people who are either famous or that you've heard of and hope they are online and accept you. Since if it is someone you genuinely know or are friends with, you'd already have added each other or as said, be able to organise a meet-up.

Feel free to give me some further reasoning that proves the above wrong, but at the moment, for the work that it would take, it is not really a needed feature and seems like just another way to spam someone.

@Lycus an example of where this might be needed is if the person you want to add has already been killed in the fight, then their circle no longer appears and you're unable to add them. though I think it would be better to change it so people who have died still have their status bar showing on screen but with hp and ep settled at 0 to show they are dead. this way we can add people or report them and it only has to be coded one way.

I have a friend that I played with from beta. They changed their name and i deleted them. I then find out their knew name, and theyre an active player but we can never find each other no matter how hard we try.

Thats a scenario that I had in mind.
