(10/19/2013 3:26:00) As an addendum to megakyle's post... if I'm recalling correctly the old Debate section of the forum was taken down because people simply didn't use it anymore. Some forum users were still interested in it but there wasn't enough people (barely even 10) to keep it around then.

Corvus Corax -> RE: Does the debate club still exist? (10/19/2013 3:53:03) Womba is correct. We gave the Debate Club every chance to succeed, brought it back twice, and even hosted formal debate. Despite our best efforts, in the end it died due to lack of interest. It's a failure I kind of take personally, as I was very supportive about giving it another chance. I'm sorry to say I won't be championing that cause again.
