You should be able to sell it. At least if you had to buy it from the store for the mission(boom blaster), since not all have gamble luck in arcade.

Some people want to free up the inventory space Aqisfun.

Personally myself I am going to keep it just because it has that tag even if it does become sellable.

No one cares about rarity once you have the treasure hunter achievement. Also a waste of core space despite its unique ability to kill Chairman and is unaffected when battling players + fashion purposes.
