Signatures are a privilege. Any that do not follow the rules (including ALL of the Universal and forum-specific rules) will be removed.
Signature dimensions are 500 pixels wide x 100 pixels tall. Using quote or spoiler tags makes your signature too wide.

Any signatures that forum staff deems to flash excessively and could therefore trigger an epileptic or epilepsy-like attack are prohibited and will be removed to ensure the safety of our forum users.

If you still not sure if the Signature is ok to use on the forums, you can have it check by posting it at Signature and Avatar Testing to see if its ok or not

EDIT: Also, you can't use your signature twice on a page on any thread, you can only use it once per page. Otherwise, you could get a sig munch and not able to use it till you fix the problem (which in this case if it because you overuse it, then you just got to make sure you don't overuse it again if you want to use the same Signature again)
