ED Divine Darkness -> blood shards (10/29/2013 12:54:47)

basically frost shards, but is red and does physical damage. it also applies a bleed instead of frost. this bleed is incurable and does 5 damage for 3 turns. the bleed can kill, but the actual attack does 80% damage on hit.

LOL! I'm sure there is a counter to it.
If a poison bot can knock off some Hp.....

To take off the effect you will need to heal right?

Well there you go; there is a counter to it.....

It's a good idea but I think the damage needs to be reduced by 30%-50%

Poison can be cleansed at any time by Heal. Blood Shards seems to be incurable thus you must wait until the effect is over. This doesn't make Heal a counter to it.

In the same way, Str BMs - who are claimed to be overpowered - aren't OP because you can Heal and counter their high damage.

I'm not so fluffy about an additional poison skill.
However, there is missing a "physical" frost shards, damage-type-wise. I thought of dealing physical damage and then reduce victims energy, like frost shards <- that i would totally support [:)]

Just call the physical Energy Splice/ Energy leak and do physical damage / drain the opponents energy for a few turns >.> extra props for hunters that use it while using a welding torch!

either way physical poison that's incurable/ can kill a player? ahhhhhhh no... no not even no hell no really REALLY bad idea I could only imagine TactM tanks spamming poison bot / surgical till your almost dead then troll you with a super poison for the kill... good luck killing something like that.

If bleed's an independent status effect from poison, it's broken.

The in-curability and the 5 dmg/turn makes it a semi-good poison on its own right. Pop in a yeti or poison skills and you'll be chewing through HP with ease.
