A special code to abide by, and you get 3 strikes like in LoL. also, after a battle there will be a box of the people you fought in that duel. you can choose to honour them, buddy them, or report them. this would make it easier to add people you want to add in battle, but you seem to have no space. and their could be a chatbot which is a system that monitors the chats. if he sees people evading the chat filter with asterisks and misspellings, he can issue mutes. All the chat mutes are sent to mods in their mail, and they can check it.
