For all of those individuals who own a fac and are looking for players and vice versa i have a new idea i dont think has been brought up yet.
The idea is called the "The Watch List"
1. If you are a leader of a faction, your faction name is posted on the watch list if you guys have open spots (if like 15 out of 18 spots filled, then you guys pop up on it)
2. If you are looking for a faction and dont have one, your name gets posted on the watch list
3. Watch list will be separated into intervals of 4 consisting of the level in which these individuals fall under (1-4, 5-8, 9-12, 13-16, 17-20, 21-24, 25-28, 29-32, 33-36)
4. You can pm these people asking if (they want to join/you want to join) a maximum of 3 times (to stop the violation of harassment, etc.)
5. Once you leave a faction a header says "Your Name has been added to the watchlist" or something like that to tell you.
There might be other aspects i havent thought about yet or forgot to include so i will continue to update as it goes along. Please dont flame, dont troll, just give your suggestions about it and if you agree or disagree and why. Also, any thing you think might need some changing to it.
