It seems that these two skills is too hard now. (smoke / Malf)
Really hard to win to win the debuff users.


Now, when there is no shelter HA / PA / MA (those cost way too much energy when used)
So this is a thankless given the interest while the debuff users.



It seems strange that the old buffs are better and cheaper than the new passive armor skills.

While I use debuffs myself, personally they shouldn't have made the new active armors power up and down with buffs and debuffs. Sure buffs can boost the power of these, but anyone with strong debuffs can nerf the effect into the ground.

However at the same time an assault bot can help ease this problem since it can remove 65% of debuffs and in the process give you back some of the power your buff lost due to the debuff in the process.

Still though Debuffs are still scaling on the delta and past standard. I would say increase the scaling for malf and intimadate from 1 point for every 4 support to 5 support, and as well smoke lower the base number for it because even at level 1 if you invested a lot of tech into it you can still get a decent 30- dex from it.
