Mini passives (Full Version)

Instead of just completely removing passives what would you say if there would be passive cores?
Make the effect 5 times weaker. E.g. blood lust core regenerates 4% hp. Conversator regenerates 6 %. Ect. ect.
The numbers can be worked on but do you like the idea?

This was actually suggested before, and it could work. Such as passive BloodLust on your Gun would give some HP back every time you use your Gun, or passive boost to defense (Mineral Armor) on your Armor.

It could definitely work, yeah.

But honestly, I think these cores should have class requirements.

This idea seems edgy, I don't think it's needed, all people would do is stock pile it, which is obvious, all of the new active's are getting a buff, Not Supported.
