Now that Plasma Armor has gotten a nerf, I think it's time that Static Charge got a buff.
My suggestion is to make Static Charge like Mark of Blood. You use it on a target, and then your attacks to the target give back EP based on the % of the damage done. Costs no energy. Keeps the same %.
An interesting idea for a buff. Would also be interesting in 2 vs 2. However the percents would need to be a little lower. Remember the original static is used once every 2 turns where as this would be active for the turn you cast it and 3 more turns if this was done. depending on the situation you would be able to get a huge amount of energy back within the turn you cast it and the turns it is active.
