ReinVI -> A possible change to the energy parasite skill (11/11/2013 17:40:37)

I will probably get laughed out of here for this but I was thinking what if instead of at max level the energy parasite instead of doing 15% of there energy into energy what about changing the skill to lvl 1 1% hp/1% energy lvl 10 10% hp/10% energy and return it to the bm at 1.5% drained from the opposing players each turn I feel like this could be a good way to balance out a few of the bm's major problems right now the biggest one is the lack of reliable damage being dished out. Plus this isn't that broken as the hp part would only take 10 hp at 100 9 at 90 etc etc and 8 at 80 etc etc the returns would obviously be 15 returned at 100 13 at 9 ( rounded down? ) 12 at 8 and so on and so on. obviously this would make it need a renaming so maybe just leeching parasite? or something.
