I have an idea. Maybe there could be a NPC in game that allows you to create a player shop to sell weapons/supplies you do not need. To use someone's shop, you type in their name. To prevent from people getting insanely rich by selling blasters or cake, you can only sell it in a certain range, generally 10-15% lower than what it is worth. The NPC companions, is instead of having to Ally link for a boss fight, you could buy and train a NPC companion. They would start off as level 1, and basically level up with you, only during fights such as 2v2, jugg, or boss fights. You should be able to choose their class and skills and stats etc, also have good customization options and name them whatever you want. They should have free weapons, though, instead of buying a second set. The pets feature was that you can have your npc follow you.
