I just noticed something strange... I have played with my Taurus quite a bit and it has exp past lv 20, I thought 20 was the cap?

Yes but you can't level up to 21 as the level cap is 20 just like you said. In other words, the exp you gained past level 20 will be infinity until the level cap raise but I hope it won't happen since farming for level is tedious.

Hmm, actually it would be nice if we could level some more (up to 30 perhaps) but there would be nothing else to it than just a higher health pool. And more gold from opponents.
Or will there be other bonuses to leveling up further?

I guess we'll see what Mr Pool decides to do regarding this subject.

Yup, we always leave Nulgath to have the final decision although he do listen to our suggestion and ensure that every players are not disappointed. I trust in Nulgath's decision although at times, he do make mistake but he correct it with the help from the players/forumites' suggestion. :)

anyway, I guess I'm going to try to level my earth wiz to 20 from 16 today...[>:]

so ive been thinking, if your character already has a good deck, you wouldnt want to use all 5 of your cc slots right? cause then it decreases the chance of getting your good cards. like for volt engineer i only use 3 or 4 ccs, depending on what kind of strategy im using. what do you guys think about this? is it better to use all 5 ccs or not?

it all depends on who/what you use.


it's like that age old saying, "just because you can do something doesn't necessarily mean you should" it's really up to you.[:D]

I generally do use all my slots though...

Yeah. CC should only be used if you want to improve a deck or have a certain style of fighting. I never use CC for Evil Jim because it normally means Fire Whirl and Surge chances are going to decrease.

Especially on Volt Engineer, where you need attack cards to use Supercharged well, and other CC cards are just clutter.

It really depends Lunar Crash, for some characters using 5 cc doesn't affect them too much, but to some certain characters, like ice element characters, decrease the change to get freeze faster.

yea i was thinking about it for the upcoming earth tourny and was thinking of using earth elemental, since it has a bit of everything. that way my cc doesnt have to be overloaded
@below yea i have some ideas, but prolly wont use more than 3

@Lunar: That is a good idea, although I would recommend adding some CC. With the right CC, Earth Elemental can be a killer.

@Jacke: This is just me talking, don't count me as 100% reliable... I would recommend that you add you add a couple more Defends and one Tree of Life

@Char My CC for Minotaur is all about increasing the chance to get one card: Mountain Strike.Really, I only use shields for Crush, so I wouldn't want more shields at all, it's the reason I don't like Taurus, even with the extra Petrify, too tanky for my tastes.Also, Minotaur's extremely small deck helps with the offense.

For characters who have 100 attack unblockable damage cards, and you consider them a bother, equip an empower, a neutral 515/525 attack card ( to use the 4 neutral energy and approach its use), and add 1/2 more cards depending of the element. I normally equip earthquakes, stone walls, or other cards depending on who I'm fighting with.

The forum is really dead! Got to revive it. So, with the Thanksgiving release coming this week, Bill Assassin and other last year Thanksgiving character will return this week. Hopefully, some new Thanksgiving character will be release too.

Yes, Mountain Strikes are very good. With 6 energy for 1050 damage after next turn it is one of the best cards in game, imo.
I wish I had more of those, though. Well, there's always next time Earth CC comes around (which is in 2 weeks?).

Can't believe Bill and his 3 forms were released a year ago.. time flies, huh.

Wondering if Revonthurkey will get an evolution [:D]

And what do you do when you draw it more than once? You just wasted a spot in your hand where you could have done something useful. Over a very low level, you're going to be drawing it more than once and you won't be drawing any more neutral energy.
