Okay, so it's locked to 3 damage unless it crits. However, I just found out that it is usable on rage, which is the most useless thing ever since you get no bonus from it. My suggestion is to make it so that if you have full rage, using Piston Punch will not consume it.

Sounds like a good idea, not sure if this is accurate but since it gives you rage as well I don't know if this is going to be possible right now or at least until they change rage.
