Pemberton -> Comparison of Energy Control Skills (11/16/2013 2:53:20)

Static Grenade (Max) Drain 45 Gain 23 Cooldown 3 Dmg 0 Imp Tech
Static Cyber (Max) Drain 0 Gain 10 Cooldown 3 Dmg 100% Imp Str
Static Smash (Max) Drain 35 Gain 35 Cooldown 3 Dmg 0 (blockable) Imp Str
Assimilate (Max) Drain 19 Gain 9 Cooldown 3 Dmg weak Imp No
Battery Back (Max) Drain 0 Gain 37 Cooldown 4 Dmg 0 Imp No
Energy Parasite (Mx) Drain 40 Gain 45 Cooldown 3 Dmg 5 Imp No

Conclusion (Rabble read this*)

1) Static Grenade Too Strong (Fix ASAP)
2) Static Cyber Useless (Buff ASAP)
3) Static Smash (OK)
4) Assimilate (Gain too small, make 75/85% gain)
5) Battery (Improves with Support)
6) Parasite (OK)

And... how about Atom Smasher (TLM) and EMP Grenade (CH)?

I think that Atom is cheap (6 energy) but falls behind the others with the recent updates. Same for EMP.

Thanks lol I forget those useless skills lol...

7) Atom Smasher (OK because TLM have battery) 2 turn cool
8) EMP Cyber (OK because Static attack) 2 turn cool

Remorse -> RE: Comparison of Energy Control Skills (11/16/2013 3:26:54)

You need to look at skills from the point of view of the classes entire skill tree,

Their is no point making assimilation give more energy when they already have 2 sources (result OP)

I do agree static grenade is too strong however I feel they need its benefit so the other option is to give it a cost I propose a hp cost ( 1 hp per level)

Battery should not improve with anything because as I said the synergy between assimilation and battery is borderline OP and should be left alone if not nerfed IMO.

For cyber hunters I feel they should make some sort of core manipulating the type of damage required to use static charge for instance a new passive core for auxiliaries which allowd you to use static charge via axillary damage (and sending the aux into cool down)

And lastly you blew the energy parasite way out of proportion when it is based on % current energy.
