I want your opinion of this class.
Which skills are good/bad?
I think shadow arts is overpriced IMO same as all the armours.

the armors are fine IMO, but SA i think needs a LITTLE lower price. Also, i think plasma grenade is weak, because it's not 40 base% but 30 due to SA passive removal, also it's weak in terms of damage. And also malf got a nerf in this update. I think multi shot should be scaled with support(IMO to have more synergy)

From what I see Cybers are now good due to the update where their Static Charge is now unblockable.

cyber hunter is still terrible, we have an unblockable static charge that cant rage or crit that everyone else can use for mana regaining purposes they fixed plasma armor but cy is just boring therre's nothing to do with it

lol? str build have been getting me 85% ratio. is that not good? and unoriginal? oh, so now poison is unoriginal? what has this world come to?.. boring? nope.. thats just how you feel about it.

@ED Divine Darkness, if /only/ a few offensive builds work with CH right now, it's not really a good thing.

it's boring and unoriginal you're not doing anything any bounty hunter can't do or hasn't done and now it's the only way you can win... not that that should matter since playing to win was never my goal in the first place which is what brings me back to not good, basing what is good off wins is pathetic as any fool who can mimic another players stats can win a lot and still suck... the world hasn't come to anything you're just basing the term good off of your (and a good bunch of people who are the reason this game has so many issues) shallow view that winning makes you good instead of how the match turned out... when the heads said they wanted to make the matches longer they meant strategically speaking not chronologically, they were trying to challenge the players to challenge themselves and use that huge block on their shoulders for something other than spewing out a bunch of childish nonsense like "noob"

The buff to Static sounds good, but here is the reality.

Malf and Primary Damage got nerfed. With all the Technology Tanks running around, that's not good news. It's also treated as though it's as Powerful as Static Smash and Static Grenade due to it's 3 turn cool down. You can't rage it to get a bonus around tanks, and apparently it doesn't give rage.

In short, this skill would have been great without the Weapon Damage and Debuff nerf. Now it doesn't matter if it gives back 70% of dealt damage if all you're going to hit are 3s.

the damage you do is actually pretty decent i can get 7 mp even if i only hit 10 but the problem is that i can hardly use it as my cy that has 15-17 strength can get 19 mp but a mage with max assimilation and 4-5 strength can take 19 mp... so i basically just gave them mp

@ED Divine Darkness im curious as of what build that is STR that is a CH build can give 85% win rate, please pm me about it so i can actually test it because im a CH, you're a merc and idk how you tested it

CH class is more balanced now that 'Static Charge' is more buffed.

Static doesn't give rage anymore, which is probably the only upset. The extra turn added is big (but it puts abuse in check) although I feel without rage gain it's a little much , shadow arts could be lowered by a tiny bit. But other than that it's pretty good right now, I'd say adding a physical attack that improved with one of the defensive stats would be good.

If all remains as is, I think giving static back its 2 turn cooldown would be nice to compensate.

Although static charges energy regain has nearly doubled there have been a few more noticeable changes in this update which need to be considered before jumping to a conclusion that CH has been buffed.

Firstly the cooldown of static charge has been increased by 50% of what it was before. This itself decreases the effectiveness of the static charge buff by 50%.

Secondly defence has been buffed this update (eg. hybrid armour) + malf has been nerfed (which most static charges rely upon for decent static smash) + offence has been lowered. Again all these decrease the affectiveness of the static charge buff.

Hence in my humble opinion static charges buff has been cancelled out.

1 thing, static charge is more effective now. 12(turns) divided by 3=4 4x70=280(new static charge)
12(turns) divided by 2=6 6x37=222(old static charge)
