When I'm fighting Bounty Hunters.
They have max Static Grenade which completely destroyed my energy and I am unable to get hardly any energy back due to there high defences against static charge.
They get 50% energy back from Static Grenade and it has no cost unlike EMP Grenade for Cyber Hunters which costs a lot of energy gaining none back!

All the classes are good and Cyber Hunter is crap.

i think if cy's had a mark of blood for mp like hunter it'd be good the only thing is i don't see what you'd use to use the skill (bounties use mp) i can't imagine cys using hp for mp, or simply returning the cooldown back to it' original 2 as then it couldnt be op due to mp drains but wouldnt be completely subjected to those skills as well
