A couple of ideas for more balance:

static grenade is just a free version of emp which returns energy. emp is kinda weak compared to it now. a few changes to emp could be: no cost, and 5 extra base drain points. this is so that it is better than static in draining.
static grenade could be nerfed by 15 points, but its regain is 75%.
battery backup is fine as it is on TM, but on tlm it isnt that good. to buff tlm we could replace it with a move that give an amount of HP and energy: at max it could be 25 hp and energy( could be adjusted).
For merc, we will need to nerf static smash to 50%, but make it have 100% return and unblockable. maybe also reduce hybrid requirements to 35 at max, or switch to dex and tec?
For static charge, make it 65% but ignore 20% of their defence/resistance.
For the energy parasite move, remove requirement and make it 20% of their MAXIMUM energy at max level.

tell me if you agree on my ideas.

i agree u on energy parasite replace requirements. because then we will be able to use tank build and play with stun and multi. blood mage. it will be so so good. we dont want support change anything but not stay support. static grenade need nerf. all we talking about this, because we getting now low support bounty hunters 24-26 about and with high str and high dex & tech, which is impossible. tlm is so good in 1 v 1 i will show u build if u want. they playing well with support builds and poison grenade which cooldown is only 1 and it is not right. and tm is just great i think need nerf them. i have now focus 5 build and i say one that or everyone must have 5 focus build or everyone can be able use tank build and we blood mages cant use tank build because of energy parasite stats required: support and without ep skill we cant play, without energy. merces dont need nerf, them need buff, because they are weak

merc is getting more buffed than its nerf.

maybe. i battled Scyze and i had no chance. "hybrid armor" works fine. he had 27-33 +5 +15 merc. he is good

well, thats cos BM is weaker. but merc is still weak. they still have no chance vs any debuffing class. hybrid costs too much.

i dont know. he had 8 lvl hybrid armor and used 2 times. and 27-33 +5 +15 i cant do anything in 4 turns. damages was low and i lose. scyze has great build just i forgot captured <3
