Right, I am suddenly wondering why Azreals Torment only costs 10 energy, considering it is such a powerful core like Azreals Will but costing 20 energy.
I have Improbability Gate which costs 10 energy and does 5% on the players max health which ends up hitting around 3-5-7 more damage in most cases, but it costs 10 energy.
Azreals Torment debuffs all buffs by 65% and still hits 85% damage, so it could debuff 1-3 buffs in 1 turn while still hitting reasonable damage.
I think this core should be changed to maybe 15 energy up from 10!
