Or you could play the next day. There is no set time for updates, apart from happening in the afternoon EST, and evening for GMT+x. They don't release it at a set time but whenever it's ready..

The update is never late. It's at when it's ready O clock. They release the update as soon as it's ready to go so there's no way to get it out sooner than how they have it already. When it's done it's done. Lol

Locking this up since, though I completely understand what you are saying, I am afraid your suggestion is not something we can actively choose to do. I live in the UK, so I really do understand what a pain time differences can be - especially since you are even further ahead. The main issue here is that with pretty much every single release, the release is simply released when it is ready and finished. With the team working extremely hard over the week, usually over their set working times, they cannot possibly make the development process any faster, if they did, that is when bugs and problems arise, which is not good for anyone! Once done, testing then needs to be completed, again, to make sure bugs are kept to a minimum and that the release is ready for everyone to play. These processes just cannot be sped up, because they are required in order for everyone to be able to play and enjoy the releases!

Sadly, timezones are not something that we can control, and as such, with the Developers being based within Florida, the majority of release times will be corresponding with that timezone. No matter what time the release take place, some people are going to be inconvenienced, the only answer really is to stay patient and play as soon as you are up :)
