Crits should not be cancelled by block or deflect. It should be crit calculation, then followed by block or deflect calculation. Like my damage is 20, i crit for 30 damage, then block for 85% of 30. Which is 5 damage.

Deflection doesn't cancel out crits.
When you get a critical deflection first the crit damage comes in, and then that damage is cut in half due to the deflection.
As for blocks not cancelling out crits not supported.
When you block you are preventing the attack from doing majority of the damage. Where does it make sense in the attack that you are exploiting a weakness when you already blocked the attack?
