I think, Dual, that'd be too powerful. In essence, it'd be a free Stun and attack at the same time, for no cost or whatsoever, and guaranteed effect if timed properly - no way to avoid it. How about extending its duration to 5 turns, before it fades, and keeping everything else the same? One step at the time, but it makes it more difficult to counter as the battle goes on and one does not have Energy to use skills and/or weapons are in cooldown, thus posing a bigger threat.
