well as we all know cyber hunters are the weakest class ingame. we all know that cyber hunters most powerful skill is static charge and to make cyber hunters more powerful why not buff static charge even more but give it a new power when u use static charge u only get energy but what if u get health of it aswell for an example : a player did 40 with static charge and u got 28 energy from it ( as the version now ) and if the mods do this buff the static will do ex: a player did 40 damage again and got 28 energy again but it also got hp from it the hp u gain is 50 % of the energy u gain so he gains 14 hp. or if a player does 52 damage and gets 32 energy the player gets 16 more hp to him.
ik this may be op but cyber hunters wont be this weak as it is now.

not supported, though i think something like that should happen for massacre making an op skill wont fix the class plus anyone with defenses or a shield will still make the skill pretty weak

about massacre, what if instead of doing weapon damage, we make it do dmg based on your dex or tech point so that it helps cybers make a tankier build. For it to not be the same to bounties, the names would be changed. Like BH's mass's name would remain but instead, the picture of CH's mass would be changed to green or blue color and would be named energy/technological or dexterity massacre. I think that because STR got a nerf and mass with it. BH's are okay since most of their skills synergyse together.

not supported on either.
masacre is placed on classes that has no pure damage skill and no str nuke so masacre must stay as it is as mechanism , but it must get a magnitude boost or an effect like defence ignore.

static charge is a skill to gain energy and that's all , i even disagree with staff making it unblockable , trans made a suggestion for it to ignore a part of enemy armor on the regain so it will be more effective on and against tanks.
this is not a skill to be abused by str builds getting unblockable and you want to add hp too , this is only an energy regaining skill.

^ well actually cys do need some form of hp regain attack as they're the only ones without, i just think it should be put to massacre rather than static charge as it wouldn't be worth the effort

I like massacre the way it is on CH( i have a level 29 alt cyber) my only problem with cyber is tec synergy( str synergy is fine but a 20% def/res ignore would be ideal). to solve this issue, make it a free skill, and buff plasma grenade to a move called micro nuke: basically a hybrid of bunker and plasma bolt so it would ignore some defence but have NEARLY enough damage as plasma bolt, and the scaling will be same as plasma bolt.this would give CH a tec scaling move.

Cyber actually has pretty good glass cannon synergy, IMO. Especially since you can abuse static charge as an unblockable strike.
