I think the ED balancing of the classes makes the classes less unique... Mercenary's had passive for armor, Bounty's a passive to life drain, Tech mages with Reroute and Deadly aim, These passives represented like each class, And now no passives? It really didn't change a single thing to be honest... I would so much rather have the old ED back when like 2-3 servers were full of players... Not it's just 1. And on top of that some of the classes you can change into are even BAD because of the balance. And most of the population is Tech Mages, Bounty Hunters, and occasionally mercs, half of which all do the same build and win within 1-3 Turns. Even if you survive and win it's the luck of blocking or reflecting or having a ton of defense or HP, On top of that there is the issue of the game not loading properly or lagging and everyone can talk but not able to do anything til someones leaves, that's basically throwing someone a 1000 Dollars and saying Congratulations! you had more patience. The game was good back in the old days of ED and now it feels, you could said less at home, as you noticed the population of players decreased severely in the past few years. And it was probably the changes, And you probably already seen posts exactly like this where people QQ, Complain, But it's true. I would so rather have the old ED back, with the new interface and stat system, all I really would like for ED to do for a wonderful christmas present is return passive skills back and either make them less OP to do so.
