@Friend: Thanks for clearing that up. So he is going perma-rare!!!! Time to put my SG's into use. :) But that means say goodbye to two SG packs. . . .. but who cares. I've always been addicted to battling without CC's. :D

I have a gut feeling that he's in the West Map. . .

I found a Druid of the Claw in the clearing at the upper right of the map. Weird, it seems like a new area that was never recorded. Grid T2 is the one that was supposed to have only Paladins, if anyone was wondering.

Well, Asuka put the Time Gentleman on the Wiki now. With no specific location. So I guess just use whatever can deal the most damage the fastest, and spam explore?
