Also, the rage suggestion wouldn't work because they high strength+dex builds will be able to pump out constant damage while the support build is hitting a pathetic amount until they rage aux.

Maybe not make support have a much bigger effect on rage, but definitely reduce base rage gain rate by a lot. This would also be a nerf to all those no support str builds out there, I cant beleive how fast those guys rage.
