We should have some sort of way of rewarding our members when they do a good job so here is my idea:

"Work Ethic" Achievement
500 rating points

How do you obtain it?
The faction leader has to pay 5000 credits to give it to you.

Why is this a good idea?
Gives the member some security that they are doing a good job and gives the faction leaders a way of rewarding good work ethic as they strive to climb the boards

That's a good idea. And leaders can't spam it out too. I support 100%
