If you buy a core on a armor, weapon, gun, or aux and no longer want it on that certain weapon. You could be able to put it on a different weapon but you would have the core permanently instead of having to buy it again. Or if you accidentally bought it on the wrong item. Just a suggestion.

100% agree, so annoying not being able to switch out cores that you have already bought. Its likely that the lack of this feature is a ploy for money, since it would be easy enough to implement (if it can go from inventory to slot, they can make it go from slot to inventory)., but would cut into their profits.

Yes, and I recommend raising the cost of cores when they are finally indispensable. As much as I would like to keep the cost down (at 495 varium), we will have to meet the developers at a compromise like this.

You do realise that the example you gave isn't going to be enough to have this in-game? Players can just get new gear and sell, or keep, the old gear while keeping the Cores. As annoying as it is, it's your choice to buy and equip those Cores; if you don't like the current gear then don't buy it. Wait until there's a better looking Weapon.

This is the same with the portal when you redeem a code for an in-game item. If you make a mistake and give the item to the wrong character, though luck, you cannot ask to get the item back - but since you put it into the game, can't you take it out?

It's more along the lines of I want to use a physical weapon for my build, but my core is on an energy weapon....Or I just bought a new weapon, but my core is on my old one. It's just a little silly. If we own the core, we should be able to use it on any weapon we like, not have to buy it again for each new weapon we get, or for a new build that requires a different damage type...Also, since some cores come pre-locked on the weapon/armor (say its a passive like curse), maybe I want to have a different passive, but the same active that I purchased an applied to my armor and weapon. Should that mean I need to re-purchase the active core? I think not. And depressed, I agree, the pricing would need to go up in order for something like this to happen, but I am willing to make that compromise if it means an easier workflow, and the ability to unequip/reequip a core.

It is annoying that we have to buy the same cores over again for different items when she should be able to switch unlocked cores any way we please.

I'd want this, but I'm not sure it will ever be implemented. I think the reason they never made it like this is to have a form of credit-sink, which I can understand. :S

How about, you can take cores off of your rare items, but can only put them back on that item? I'm pretty sure the devs will never let us put, say Hatchling Rush on a Delta Weapon, but we should at least be able to take Curse off of said delta weapon and replace it with something else. Could even be a cost involved with removing the core, it would then go into inventory and be marked as only being applicable to whatever weapon it got taken off of.

Yeah some of the cores on some weapons are useless such as the infernal war weapons from the vault and armor where it does more damage on the vault is useless.

Yes, those cores are useless and that's why they got unlocked. Now you can change it to anything you like.

I feel like I wasted a lot of money since I just bought two generators, 2 sets of +6 Strength boosters (30 charges), and many other cores I've had to duplicate simply because I just want to change my armor style.

I can't even use the Beast Rider armor or my Frost Reaper armor because I have because my cores are on Basic Armor and Desert Ronin. This cuts into my lack of freedom when it comes to color changing and such.

So yeah, Definitely supported.
