Recently Multi skills (Plasma Rain, Artillery Strike and Multi-Shot) have had a big disadvantage added to them. Costing nearly double the energy to hit 2 targets simutaniously. Not to sure why this was added, but it was.

Allow Multi attacks that cost this much energy to hit for 100% of it's damage capability, or revert back to old energy cost.

Or check ED Bugs to find out it's a confirmed bug, which will be fixed, and old cost will be put back onto them.
