Why not just make Energy Parasite be based on the opponent's total energy instead of remaining energy?
I know the numbers have to be lowered a bit, but doing this can help BMs get a more constant amount of energy that gives them a fair advantage.

not lowered by much , i think down to 100%.

this has been in before but staff didn't do it so we can asume they don't like it.
