I am a BH so I do not like this post. But for the sake of balance, I feel this needs to be addressed. Should Mark of Blood not give health while it is being applied? The description of MoB says it marks a target for 3 turns, giving life steal to all those who attack the target. But if used, MoB will give health on the turn of application, plus a following 3 turns, giving it 4 turns of life steal. Should MoB not give health while being applied? Discuss why or why not.

Rabble covered it before. It could've been done this way, and the % returned would be higher instead - but he made it, so the effect works on the turn you use it (like Frenzy), but at the same time, it's lost some of its power to compensate for it.
