The stun part is pretty much useless your actually fighting a stun build, and even then the chances you weren't going to be stunned anyway is higher than the chances you are. As for the crit, you probably weren't going to crit anyway unless it's a support build, and even if they were to crit you, that's not necessarily even a big deal seeing as crit isn't very good anymore.
