Ever wanted to report someone for breaking the rules, but couldn't because they were dead? Ever wanted to friend someone, but couldn't because they were dead and didn't know how to friend? Or maybe you wanted to look at someones build, but couldn't because they were dead.

Easy solution, let the Status bar for a character stay, even though they are dead.
