These are two skills in each class that both improve with dex. But the mages are stronger. I think they should be made on par with each other, because they do the exact same thing as each other, so why should one be stronger? The only reason I can imagine is that once shadow arts allowed the chance for a stun move for hunters to be higher, which is why the skill would be weaker. But now that it can't, it should be made on par.
