Remorse -> Stat Buff Consistancy and Variety. (1/11/2014 20:49:31)

Hey Guys, I have come up with a few ideas to make stat buff skills different for every class and to increase viability of builds not often chosen by classes and increase synergy for less powerful classes.

Changes:
Mercs: Blood commander is the only skill not changing as it has 15% life steal already.
TLMs: Feild commander now receives a buff that increases healing effects on the character by 25% and works similar to hatchling rush except it increases heals. This will provide great synergy with frenzy and provides a semi counter to the rush core especually useful on 2v2.

BHs: Reflex boost receives a buff that increases block chance by 10% during its duration to compensate for losing shadow arts note that this buff to reflex is ignoring the power of BHs which needs to be nerfed in other areas.

CHs: Have plasma armour replaced with a new technican version called "Firearm Technician" which is just like normal technician except it has a buff which increases side arm damage by 15% for the duration similar to having a small limited deadly aim. This will also increase CH synergy and give them a much needed stat boost skill whilst still separating from tech mages.

Tech Mages: Technician becomes "Explosive Technician" and has a buff increasing Auxiliary damage by 15% to compensate for losing deadly aim but not buffing the strong Str builds.

Blood Mages: Have reflex boost replaced with "Mantra Boost" which is the same as the old reflex boost which had the 15% reroute passive allowing blood mages to have another small regain for them since they lack in that area.

I open to sugestions on changes :)
NOTES: These changes are mainly for making classes more unique and increasing synergy for TLMs, CHs and BMs.
Some of the strong classes here also buffed please consider these changes as balaning the stat boosting skills and therefore assume the stronger classes will be balanced later on in other areas, also remeber just because a class is strong does not mean a buff will effect them much if it is merely buffing less strong builds within the strong classes.

I believe you used to hate luck, so it's quite funny to see you suggesting Reflex Boost giving more blocking - on top of what +Dex gives you already. Also, no, because it'll get nerf to the Dex boost; it's received +2 Dex after the Energy return effect was removed. If you look carefully, Field Commander is stronger than Blood Commander, when it comes to +Str boost; effects come at a price.

Also, it makes no sense for Tech-boosting skills to improve your Gun/Aux damage - which requires Strength/Support for damage, and in terms of RP - Dexterity for accuracy. Plasma Armor is good enough - not mentioning it's immune to Azrael's Torment (-65% debuff to Shields) which makes it great. Likewise with returning Reflex Boost's effect for BMs - it was removed for a reason; one, it was somewhat useless (+Dex = more blocks), and weak, as well as having Energy Parasite.

I'm all for bonus effects, but these come at a power (examples above) and giving illogical bonuses is... illogical. Not mentioning they are quite unoriginal - except for your TLM suggestion which I love, since TLMs are more of a tank class - so I will only support the TLM suggestion, for now.

^I actully didnt realize that the stat skills increased at different rates in that case they should be made to be around the same.

The name technician to me means you increase weapon technology thus making seance.
I realize these ideas arn't orignal then agian nothing is these days I just feel these skills should be different for every class.
I also feel CHs need the tech boost back for it's synergy with other skills.

Saying Blood mages shouldn't have another small regain is unfair in my opinion since energy parasite is pretty weak.

Posting from phone ignore type errors please.

Plasma armor is fine in my opinion (the armors could be a little less costly), ch's have problems that lie elsewhere... i like the mantra boost and don't foresee a huge problem with it, the bounty hunter suggestion could be interesting, tlm: you'd get a lot of heal looping plus strength and a skill shouldn't be thought up with a certain attack in mind
