Make block/deflect % show on character stats

On the character stat list put the % of deflection and block rate so we can see a clear image of rates and what more to exspect. +would allow players to know what their stat investment is going into Oh and also make it for crit % displayed

This would be helpful. Could also help with decision making it combat. But I'd imagine it's be a pain in the butt to code. Either way, it'd be a nice feature to have.
