Curse of the Legion has a chance to afflict "Fear" and deals more damage to the opponent when they are feared. And it's no proc.

    Also, to clarify on the Blood Blade and Lycan Slasher. They basically only do the healing if your HP or MP are under 80%. If you're pretty well topped off, then the special just does full damage instead. If you're over 80% MP, then the special's healing only restores your HP, otherwise it splits the healing evenly between HP and MP.

    Heal amount on both is divided by monster ele resist. So if the enemy has 200%, the heal will be half as effective, if 50%, heal is twice as effective. Basically player will heal for same amount regardless of the resists of the enemy.

    Lycan Bow
    Vamp Spear

    100% proc weapons, both do the "105% damage if the right race, 97.5% if not" thing.

    Lycan Bow is Ice, Vamp Spear is Darkness.

    If facing the opposite race, then the element changes to Light for the Bow, and Fire for the Spear, no damage boost or anything.

    [IMR Notes: Does *1.02 damage for no Special-special. One hit untriggered; two hits triggered. Vamp spear triggers on were+wolf (so no werehares)]
