If you have a question like this, please direct them to a member of game staff directly - you can find the forum accounts of Moderation Staff here: http://forums2.battleon.com/f/tm.asp?m=21249205 - please, if possible choose one/some that is active on the forums, because they will be quicker and more likely to reply to you! Only message Moderation Staff if you have a question that is to do with the game rules, reporting system etc. that you feel players would struggle to answer. If you have any general questions, do feel free to post them in the EpicDuel Q&A section, where questions belong and the super helpful players (some of which posted in this topic) of the forums will help you out if they can! :)
Finally, in-game reporting goes to in-game Moderators to deal with individually, they will deal with the issue as appropriate. The punishment will not be instantaneous but will be dealt with as soon as it is possible and more often than not, very shortly after the report. As stated by some people already, if they do offend you, it is best to ignore them and that way hopefully you won't experience further problems with them!
