I am the one of the many who misses reroute, blood lust, etc... Now the devs have pointed out that the problem with passives were that people were putting all their skill points to max their passives. An alternative option they didn't think about was revamping the skill tree so that each class had 3 passives and splitting the allocation of passive and active skills when leveling up. For example, at level 40, you would get 20 points of passive skills to invest in while 30 points of active skills. Passives used to define what classes did. I'm all for change but the new energy flow skills should be re-modified and many would enjoy getting passives back.
