Strength builds would have lots of fun with it, since you could: 1) Rage it, 2) Unblockable hit every 3 turns (or is it 4?), and 3) Stacking EP regen with rage. If you want it rageable, they'd need to remove the unblockable part.

For example on a support/strength build w/ no dex it does way too much damage and gets too much energy back while on a dex build, you weren't going to get blocked in the first place and you just get really bad energy regen.
