The new tutorial is really a great thing in the game as it teaches the basics of battle but sadly battle is only half of the game in EpicDuel.
I really feel that after you complete both parts of the tutorial you should be dropped off in front of the conductor and prompted to start the "Welcome to Delta V" Mission chain to teach the other half of the game to new players, more or less.
Maybe there could be a little animation of the "player" riding the train from the starting grounds to central station when they walk through the gates and meeting with The Conductor maybe ending the animation in the chat screen with The Conductor continuing the hint that they should take the "Welcoming Committee" mission.
Also I haven't made a brand new character since this feature was introduced so I don't fully know what happens for new characters and if it is different then what happened to older characters so this suggestion might be pointless.
