i think having powerweek every month would be a great idea for the Epicduel community because they can farm credits and gain ranks faster! and more players will play ED on powerweek! so whats ur opnion on this i mean everyweek is abit too much just monthly![;)]

Agreed would be a great idea would help people get credits and get level 40 because it's not fun being crushed by level 40's all the time

it is totaly up to staff ,

also the power weekend we had was to make up for the time when lag controled AE so it doesn't mean we will get more days that way.

I wouldn't say every month, but how about during bigger events, for one weekend? February has Valentine's Day, March+April has Botanical-releted Event and/or Easter Event, etc.
My point is - there's always Event on near monthly basis, and giving Power Weekend during them would be better to get more players to log-in for the event + take advantage of higher rewards = better for the game & players overall. :3

Yes, in this case, it was to compensate for the delay. But the DNs have also mentioned that Power Weekends/Days will be done more often, since they've done some behind-the-scenes coding to enable doing it on more occassions.

I think this is a brilliant idea :P will give the under 40's a quicker way to get there :) and us 40's a chance to get our ranks :)

^ This + the fact ranges got smaller for Legendary Players - the more players get to Lvl 38+, the better it is for us, the Legendary players. :D

As many people have school/work this could benefit in one way if the hours clash with the current power hour then they would have obviously more time after such activities.

I for one work at home anyway so not such a biggie there, but for the others it's a nice thought.

As for the negatives I'm not sure to be honest. There was something rattling around in my head but alas, it escaped..

At the moment though an hour feels plenty long enough, and even the special weekend was pretty good, it would be a vast leap and maybe get more people to play but then again if a large amount of players try/login at once it's going to cause server strain until fixes for that can be found.

I suggested this like 1 year ago, Power Days/Weeks, and Power Tournaments where people would fight to have a place in the tournament and earn as much credits/exp while fighting. Also maybe in Christmas, we should have an all month power hour, it had be nice as a little reward for playing ED.

For weekend yes, but not for week. Lots of people have schoolwork and would fall behind in terms of level increases and credit gains. Because of the increased credit gains, inflation in items would probably happen, and that would just punish those who can't play that much during weekdays. Weekends are better IMO.

i have another idea. you can make a transformation of power hour. like many players can t play because of work in PH. so u can make a transformation like a player can be granted 2 hour to play like in PH anytime. all he have do do is click "change time to power hour". so players can get power hour when they want. thank you for being with EPICDUEL.

I was gonna suggest that. The only problem I can see is servers below hundred( just lvl 40) due to npcing

And it won't happen because choosing your own PH would mean you need access to the database. And the information would be saved for every single player (for when their PH is), and everyone would keep getting different rewards, and more database space would be taken.

Choosing own PH has plenty of security issues and it won't happen. It was suggested many times before, and the answer remains the same. It's essentially making the game less secure, by basically lowering the security and giving you a small access to the database. Some people are smart enough to take advantage of it, and AE always puts security first.
