I don't see why they couldn't have just removed it from the inventory of everyone who bought it and refund them. Both having made the "mistake" of having it return and the promise to take them out "ASAP" is... questionable.

I laughed. 10/10.

The whole thing about about this that makes me mad is that the aux means nothing now.

The value of it is gone, now longer is it a sign that someone was from gamma.

the clown even tho you bought it more expensive it was worth it since stats + dmg (380) we buy it 400 var now no stats no dmg /15k creds no stats no dmg

They only way for them to do that would probably be removing bazookas and refunding manually. I doubt they could do it automatically without accidentally taking the original Eggzookas too.

^ They could check what time the player bought the item in their logs.

How about they give the option for the players who purchased the physical eggzooka when it first came out these options:

-1. A full refund of the original purchase price of the weapon as compensation for ruining it's rarity. (note if they got it in the promo package then they will get a bonus which I am ok with.)
-2. The option to change their physical eggzooka into a physical bunnyzooka to give those players a seance of rarity in their aux agian.
Note. that people who have both auxes will want to go the first option.

Also note that this slightly diminishes the rarity of the bunnyzooka but it is only a slight diminish and a worthy compensation compared to the complete destruction of the rarity of the eggzooaka.


I also have a bunnyzooka and I would be ok for who owned an eggzooka when it first came out to be compensated with a bunnyzooka to reclaim their a similar rarity in their weapon.

If people who own both the eggzooka and the bunnyzooka have an issue with the eggzooka being switched to a bunnyzooka as an option then I would like to know and would be willing to revert this as an option because they are also entitled to not losing a slight amount or ratiy in their bunnyzooka.

and have players who got the bunnyzooka going off like the players who had the rarity of not only their eggzooka's but rare bots as well? Not a good idea to be honest.

They already ruined enough rarity but devaluing 3 old rares and accidentally bring back another one.

^ That is true but being an owner of a bunnyzooka as well.


I am ok with gamma people or at least people who got the eggzooka when it first came out having the bunnyzooka as a compensation even if it means slightly diminishing that rares full status.


Note that it's not like they are bringing back the bunnyzooka they are merely making it a rare item compensation to players only 1 year younger then the players who got the bunnyzooka.



A better scenario then the eggzooka not being compensated at all.


However I am open to more bunnyzooka owners to disagree to this one as I will feel for their position and revert this idea if some are strongly apposed it.




I am merely trying to make an even ground on a hard to resolve problem.

A better solution would be this.

Make a revamp and reimaged version of all the rares that they brought back to the game, and manually change all those who brought the old rares with only credits or varium into the second version of the item like the staff originally promised they would do before they started releasing old rares or in this case accidently releasing this old rare.

This way the new players who got the item due to bug don't get punished, and the old owners of the items get their exclusive rare back everyone wins here.

^ I support that idea entirely.

However I doubt it's viability or possibility (they may not have the skills or data) and the massive time constraints it may cause, which may make it not a practical option.

In the interest of the player-base voicing their opinions to the developers, I am leaving this thread visible rather than removing it. With that being said, I will have to lock given that there is more complaining here than discussion.
