I think that ED need to improve the newer classes, because they are the classes people want to pay varium on.
Right now, i'd say TM are the best so everyone will chose them as a starter class, get the best weaps and bots, instead of going for the evolved classes with creds or varium.

Paying Varium wasn't meant to make evolved classes stronger. They are purely for more variety - and they are heading towards making them a bit more unique, and not sharing skills.

Also, instead of requests, how about suggesting something new yourself, or making balance suggestions (in ED Balance, that is)? This section is for original suggestions, not requests.

They are not the best class as its all about builds today but TMs have the option
for very powerfull strenght/dex builds because of Bludgeon and Assimilation
which improve both with strenght and also having the best energy regeneration
skill named Battery Backup at the same power level as non strenght builds.

Those facts transformed TMs from a pretty defensive class (until Omega) to an
offensive class with only medium tanking abilities. Of course also offensive builds
was possible during Delta (expecially with Plasma Bolt) but not as superior as now.

Because of Assimilation heal loop builds are possible (again) but not really defensive
as HP+Strenght+Dex is superior over res+def mostly. Its the combination of having
the ability for very high damage output (Strenght, Bludgeon) and also having the
best energy control skills that makes the TM strenght builds OPed. On the other side
there are not many good build options for TMs as alot other skills have been nerfed
multiple times (like Plasma Bolt) or got removed (Deadly Aim) while Fire Scythe
seems to be a bad replacement for Deadly Aim especially because it does not
seem to improve with anything.

Nerf strength and hp - and most classes will become extinct to due to having no build options that are competitive . People will either class change or leave

Don't nerf strength and hp- People will get tired of seeing the same broken builds running rampant or just bored of the same broken builds running rampant on top of mismatch fights - and leave.
