Its possible it all depends really on warlic and BG and if Nulgath has the 5 hits and deck for chibi whaleman done yet.

Water CC is coming tomorrow right? So I assume Human Fisher (AKA Tiny Terror if you think he's tiny) will arrive as well. . . . .

If it ends up not arriving, we might as well call Oversoul Monthly small releases.

From twitter Warlic is currently spending all his time fixing bugs in the BG IOS version so we have no way of telling if he get a chance to switch CC or will artix want him to keep bug fixing.

It has been 4 weeks already without a release, 5 weeks would be ridiculous. e.e

Well they tried keeping to a two week release, but Nulgath has no control over this. If we don't get a release then we don't so I'm not gonna make it a trivial thing over what is normal seen in other game companies.

they're busy over making the water contest winning characters and working more on battlegems, the releases will get better after this time is over.

odds are we will not get a release because oversoul just is not as important as there precious little battle gems......... why not just hire more coders? not like they dont have enough of are money

Hiring coders costs $$$. It's much better for them to not update Oversoul and just continue Project Omni *cough* BG.

Battle Gems and Project Omni are pretty much essential, and are hardly topics worthy of discussion in an OS Beta Discussion Thread. Those two projects are going to be a reliable and profitable source of income, whereas OS wouldn't. Some of you need to realize that AE is a company before a group of people. They won't always cater to the minority of players (meaning us). Not quite sure what any of this really has to do with the newest Beta release anyways, so you'd do well not to continue. We've had this conversation dozens of times, and all I'm seeing is people complaining about something they've yet to appreciate. Maybe BG and Project Omni will be better than OS anyways; open your minds a little bit.

I'll post this constructive info on what's going on with OS. I expect a good lot of you to actually read the information and think about what the OS team is going through.

1. Warlic has been assigned to work on the Android port of BG. Rolith has been busy that he can only work on OS if the issues are bug related.

2. It's easy to say hire more coders or gain volunteers. As many times it has been repeated, it was ignored numerous times; AE is a small indie company so they don't have such luxury of hiring coders like a major gaming company. Even if we can gain volunteer coders, it would increase more workload plus a risk to teach a total stranger how to code OS a certain way.

3. Once we started to hit the 2 week release stage it was stated that they would try to stay with a bi-weekly schedule, but no guarantees were made with their statement.

4. A good amount of you keep stating; Nulgath this and Nulgath should do that when Nulgath has:
A. No coding experience.
B. No control over his coders because they work under AE.

6. Complaining about the lack of releases without constructive insight gets everyone nowhere so understand the situation and continue to support OS.

7. What the coders are working on dictates the future of AE as a whole. If you would sacrifice a whole company over a single game then good luck with that decision.

Hopefully a good lot of you read this current situation of OS and at least understand what is going on.

GT here giving you guys the daily update on OS first thing first Nulgath is having some kind of issue preventing him from logging on the forum and posting 2nd We will be getting whaleman today and soul wyvern next week also he wants to say thank you to all of you for taking part in the contest helps him better his skills as an artist. 3rd we will also get another character besides whaleman today something called the genesis warrior the first character ever created in AQW he looks like artix with brown hair. genesis warrior looks like it will be water do to the trademark blue eyes most water characters have.

Yes, what Titan said. OS will finally have release! Looking forward to get the Human Fisher. The Genesis Warrior sounds very awesome and the character design loos exactly like the AQW art style. Very interesting as its the first ever AQW character to be created and will be the first AQW character to be release in OS. Looks like the release of favourite AQW character and monster had somehow begin.

yeah finaly a release and next week also one :D the genesis warrior looks interesting and human fisher >:D , let's fish xD .
But the char i am looking the most forward to is soul wyvern , and then we finaly have soul char , wich was needed since the games name is : overSOUL xD
