Where has that gone i find it unfair for people like dragonwawa who spent thousands of dollars to get to the top of that. They said it would come back in delta its been over two years and it still isnt here?

They removed it because this was completely pay to win, and they wanted to get rid of that. They also wanted it to be fun for all not just players who could actually pay for it.
