Matt 1000 -> Juggernaut- Lowering the level of players you face for higher levers e.g 30+ (3/10/2014 5:50:55)
The juggernaut board is dead becasue juggernaut is almost impossible to find everyone on it had around 30-50% lowering the levels that higher players face could improve the balance in juggernaut and revive the boards.
