Leaves Damage str as such what it is.

The biggest change would be some special self. In fact, static charge-based support change.

The more support. The more effective the static charge. The more efficient a static charge. The better the supply of energy.

So, now I'll try to clarify. The game is now much more str based skills. Multi-course, would like to balance the player's tank and str between the players more. This new proposal would take away the energy str players and give others more of it.

How it would give more energy to the other? It would provide support through. This could provide more energy than today because today too many playing str based character which is okay that belong to other investments. except support and energy. Now came the support that which would otherwise reduce the possibility of the defense a little bit. This due to the weakness, then should not be a substitute for a bigger energy intake. The pure support player gets very much energy on the hit but in return is really weak damage. Damage that's based on the str stats. But in static charge would be based on the benefit to sup stats.

These kinds of changes will be welcome in this game if the game engine supports it.

Bear in mind that my English language is not always the best A-grade quality. So the confusion (and embarrassment[8|]) can become sometimes. But now you get to edit and say what you think of this proposal.

recap this thing.

--- damage does not change. (primary + str stat)
--- support becomes a tool which tells you how much energy you can get. This affects only the support stats.

it already has 4 skills on support , what about dex or tech ?

by even giving a support limitation for energy regain and strength for damage wrt static charge, this will further nerf the static and CH, as two limitations on it as per you.

hence not supported when CH shud be buffed up.

Have you noticed that today the amount of damage clean energy supply.
The more str ---> the more energy it receives.

This causes this point.
Srt-based now receive a lot of energy. Others do not.

Todays static charge

--- Str rising damage
--- Str rising energy gaining (support role is minimal now)
---Today this static charge works % to damage. (this favored str based build too much)

own proposal'll try to get out of that str damage.
Because tank players are suffering badly now. support is the weakest link in the game anyway. ie I thought it would be two independent functions in this new (Static Charge) proposal.

--- Damage based on str stats, this does not impose on the amount of energy supply. ( basically hit normal strike)
--- Support the amount of clean energy the amount of intake. No matter what the damage is. Since this energy is determined by the support of the stats. This would allow more energy to pure tanks as well. I wondered, initially the power of this new ((Static Charge)

No anymore % damage gain energy. now it is guaranteed energy.

1lvl gain 40 energy (this energy gaining can be improving support stats. this purpose is give good energy supply to support players. Support player no damage and no defences mostly in times. )
2lvl --- 60 energy (Support improves need to think more. How much that give extra energy. maybe 100 sup stat give extra 100 energy??? THis must be look closer )
3lvl --- 80 energy
4lvl --- 100 energy (static charge damage can be block. it isnt give rage at all. all energy still gaining 100% )
5lvl --- 115 energy (this guaranteed energy gaining system helps all builds.)
6lvl --- 130 energy
7lvl --- 145 energy
8lvl --- 160 energy (energy gaining can be edit up and down)
9lvl --- 170 energy
10lvl --- 180 energy

cooldown. 3
Static Charge cannot deal a critical strike and it is not affected by rage.

everything can be fix to make better balance. you can help this too ^^

You're wondering why I've probably put DEX / TECH-based proposal.
They would not be needed at all support, and the energy input. (Builds)
Well, that would give the benefits of an extremely hard attacks. And could be a good defense with good amount of HP. Do not forget to str stats and primary power. This is really tough right now....
