I think right now, what determines a win is foremost, build/luck and skills comes last.
Do you feel like it should be this way, or should skill/build come before luck.
Did this game require more skill to win in the previous phases?
What is your opinion on this subject?

1.First class determines win (all classes except BM and TLM have proven good builds)
2.Next is the build. High hp-str-dex is most players weapon of choice.
3.Then the ranks (20 is good because gun and primary dmg maxed) because any str abusing class can take out strong class. For example, str abusing BH with Celtic is very very good with all legendary points to str at rank20.
4. Luck plays a role here (esp. blocks and 1st turn)
5. Skills are not as important as abusing primary+gun str with legendary ranks on str is much better so this comes last.

the more luck is involved ingame the hardest is to play.

if u see it from this point winning never required more strategy than now. (legendary ranks make my point invalid)

i would insert bm in the succesfull classes.

I would think this is currently how it goes:

1. Build
2. Skill (logically a good build is made with good skill, but there are some very effective builds out there right now that a pidgeon could win with since they're so simple-minded)
3. Class
4. Luck

Unlike before, I feel like luck really has less to do with winning fights. It does have an impact but with all the energy trades and changed meta it is different from before. I think this is how it should be:

1. Skill
2. Build (A good build is typically made with good skill)
3. Class
4. Luck

It's not much different, but I'm thinking that skill influences 90% of your fights rather than the somewhere around 40% rough estimate I can conjure up at the moment. I think right now build is about 60-70% of someone's wins, class is around 10%, and skill is around 20-30%. Rather, I feel like class should be ideally 0% (although 5% is acceptable since perfect balance is pretty much impossible), build should be about 30-35%, and skill should be around 65-70% while luck should be 1-3%.
